Ordering Info

How our ordering system works:

Browse our Online Catalog. Enter the quantity amounts into the quantity boxes next to the items you wish to purchase. Click the " Press Here To Add The Selected Items To Your Order " button to add your selected items to your shopping cart. You will be taken to a summary page that will contain all of the items you have added to your shopping cart thus far. From this page you may click on the "Back To Shopping " button or text link to continue to shop click on the "Check Out" button to check out.

Go to the "Check Out" page, by clicking on the "Check Out" button if you have finished shopping. All information you enter on the checkout page, including credit card information, is encrypted while traveling the internet so it cannot be intercepted for fraudulent use. You'll know your transaction is secure when:
Enter your shipping and payment information in the form provided, and then press the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.
You will be presented with a preview copy of your final order. Examine it carefully to make sure everything is correct.
Next, press the "Place Order" button. Your order WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED until you do this.
Once you have pressed the "Place Order" button, a copy of your order will be sent to you by email.

When paying by CHECK / CASHIER CHECK / UPS MONEY ORDER:

Fill out the on-line form. Select the "Pay by Check / USPS Money Order" option, and submit your order. You will receive a copy of your invoice by email. Print out a copy of it. Attach your check to the copy, and mail it to us at the address found at the top of the invoice. Your order will be shipped once your check has cleared.

When paying by VISA / MASTERCARD / DISCOVER CARD, you have several options:

By Mail:
Fill out the on-line form. Do NOT enter your credit card number. Instead, select the "Telephone In Credit Card Info" option, and submit your order. You will receive a copy of your invoice by email. Print out a copy of it. Write your credit card number, three digit security code located on the back of the credit card and expiration date on the copy, and mail it to us at the address found at the top of the invoice.
By Fax:
Fill out the on-line form. Do NOT enter your credit card number. Instead, select the "Telephone In Credit Card Info" option, and submit your order. You will receive a copy of your invoice by email. Print out a copy of it. Write your credit card number three digit security code located on the back of the credit card and expiration date on the copy, and fax it to us at 713-694-7701.
By Telephone:
Fill out the on-line form. Do NOT enter your credit card number. Instead, select the "Telephone In Credit card Info" option, and submit your order. You will receive a copy of your invoice by email. Then call us. Give our friendly staff your invoice number and credit card information over the phone. If our voice mail system takes your call, please let us know when you would like us to call you back. Our telephone number is 713-694-1991.
